Welcome to Siori! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our app and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Siori is intended for adult users only. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use this service.

2. Account Registration

You may register using:

A third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple)

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

3. Your Information

When you register and use the app, you agree to our collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of Siori require a paid subscription. We use third-party platforms such as Apple App Store, Google Play, and Stripe to process payments securely.

Billing

Subscription prices, durations, and renewal terms are clearly shown in the app before purchase.
All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, updates to payment methods, and changes in plan — all of which must be done directly through the payment platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).
We cannot manage or cancel subscriptions on your behalf via email or support inquiries.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of a new subscription or renewal.
To request a refund, you must contact us at [email protected] within this window.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed, may be issued only once per user, and may take time to process depending on the platform and payment provider.

Trial Periods and Offers

If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
Discounted or promotional pricing is only valid for the initial term and may change upon renewal.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
We are not liable for any losses or charges resulting from failure to cancel or manage your subscription properly.
Prices and features may change in the future; we will notify you of major changes in advance where required.

5. Marketing Emails

By registering, you agree to receive occasional marketing and product update emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the email footer or app settings.

6. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account from within the app settings. This will remove all your personal data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Interfere with or disrupt the app
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Post offensive or harmful content
